About Davis Care

Dr. Sandi Davis, PT graduated NYU with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2005. She was immediately Certified in Lymphedema Therapy through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies in the Vodder technique and has completed further Certifications in Fluoroscopy Guided Manual Lymph Drainage, and Modern Lymphatic Drainage. Dr. Davis began her career at Beth Israel Medical Center, then moved on to co-own Gold Standard Physical Therapy for 14 years. 

In April 2023, Sandi branched off to build Davis Care Physical Therapy. Dr. Davis is an adjunct professor in several Doctor of Physical Therapy Programs at Touro,  Kean, and New York University. She appeared on NYU Talk Radio 3 times on the topic of lymphedema and spoke at NYU’s Wound Care 101 conference in May 2023. Sandi is fascinated by the human body and our ability to train and re-train muscles. As a former high-level gymnast and competitive skier, she understands what it takes to be in competitive shape.
